Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Matte Protected, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Eligible products may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the product must generally be:

  • Unused and in its original condition;
  • Unworn, unwashed and undamaged;
  • Returned with its original packaging, accessories and components where applicable; and
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or the relevant order number.

Certain products may not be eligible for return where they cannot reasonably be resold due to hygiene, safety or other applicable restrictions. Any such restriction will be communicated clearly before purchase where applicable.

2. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly.

We will investigate the issue and, where applicable, provide repair, replacement, exchange or refund in accordance with applicable UAE consumer protection laws.

3. How to Request a Return

  • Product(s) you wish to return;
  • Reason for the return; and
  • Photographs or other information where reasonably required to assess the condition of the product.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

4. Return Shipping

For approved returns due to a defective, damaged or incorrect product, Matte Protected will bear the applicable return delivery costs.

For change-of-mind returns, any applicable return delivery charge will be communicated to you before the return is arranged.

5. Inspection

Returned products may be inspected to confirm their condition and eligibility.

A return request does not affect any rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable UAE law.

6. Exchanges

Where available, eligible products may be exchanged for another product or variant subject to availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may be offered a refund or another appropriate solution.

7. Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights or remedies available to you under applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
